Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Garage, a web application for organizing personal vehicle records.

Garage helps you record vehicle information, service history, tyre specifications, inspections, insurance dates, expenses and related reminders. Features may change as the application develops. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Accounts

Garage uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and for the accuracy of information you enter. Do not access another person's account or records, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or malicious content.

4. Your records

You retain ownership of the records, photos and documents you add. You grant Thuraya s.r.o. permission to store, process and display them only as needed to operate and secure Garage. You must have the right to upload any content you provide.

5. Reminders and vehicle safety

Garage is an organizational tool, not an official registry, insurer, inspection authority or mechanical adviser. Inspection, insurance, tax and maintenance reminders may be incomplete, late or unavailable. You remain responsible for meeting all legal and contractual deadlines and checking authoritative documents. Always follow manufacturer guidance and qualified professional advice for safety-critical matters, including tyre pressures and maintenance.

6. Availability

Garage is provided as an evolving service. We aim to keep it working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. We may perform maintenance or change features. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes or discontinuation.

7. Fees

Garage is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced, applicable prices and conditions will be shown before you agree to pay. No payment will be charged without your authorization.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed, including Google Sign-In information and vehicle records.

9. Suspension and account deletion

You may stop using Garage at any time and initiate deletion of your account using the Delete Account button in the application. Your account is disabled immediately, and associated data in the active system is deleted within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements. Data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

Garage's software, original branding and interface are owned by Thuraya s.r.o. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the application or of your uploaded content.

11. Third-party services

Google Sign-In is provided by Google and is subject to Google's applicable terms. Garage is not endorsed by Google, vehicle manufacturers, insurers or inspection authorities.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thuraya s.r.o. is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate user-entered information, missed reminders or interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Slovak law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights available under applicable law, including those of your country of habitual residence where applicable.

14. Changes and contact
